Re Inspections go through the report and evaluate what has been done and assess any further work required and highlight anything new, taking approximately 1-2 hours. The report is then amended and re-issued

Referral scheme
We operate a referral scheme of £30 for any customers who recommend the service to a new neighbour or friend, who then take out an inspection
Payments will be made within 30 days
We will contact you to arrange the inspection once the deposit has been paid.
We carry out the inspection and send an electronic copy of it with the final invoice, minus the deposit amount.
All payments to be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
While every effort is made to find all snags and faults possible, due to the nature of new buildings and the drying out period, you may find further issues down the line, such as cracking, building movement, squeaks, settlement etc. This is all completely normal for a new build.
